31003 - BV21OPM

BV21OPM was the last new vehicle to be purchased by Midland Classic before the business was purchased by Rotala in August 2022. The vehicle came from dealer stock and was registered in June 2021 but entered the Midland Classic fleet on 8th July 2021. The vehicle operated in the Diamond bus area before the operation joined  Rotala as Midland Classic could often been operating rail replacement bus services and BV21O@@PM got to Redditch rail station on a number of occasions.  More recently the vehicle was to act as a prototype for a much larger order for 60 new vehicles Rotala placed for its Diamond North West fleet to operate a number of TfGM franchised routes they had won that start in September 2023.  In the end delivery lead times were too great and order was transferred to ADL products .
